(...) We somehow had no luck to Warsaw restaurants. The best restaurant we remember is "U Ewy" in Pomeranian Sasinio. Our memories from there have nothing to do with the holiday delights of the Polish village.
It really is a revelation, from appetizers until dessert. No wonder that people from Gdańsk book tables there. It is because the restaurant is always full. They created exquisite tastes of, I think true, traditional Polish cuisine, from the simplest of dishes. We like to walk to "Pod Różą" in Cracow, where each ravioli is a cuinary medal and to "Pod Aniołami", where the potatoes from the oven taste always the same - a bit camping-like, a bit traditional.
